I’m Didier Boelens. I help organisations make sound decisions about digital systems, then turn those decisions into working solutions.

Flutter, architecture and AI governance are part of the same journey. Development taught me what makes a system work. Architecture taught me to make trade-offs explicit. Governance gives structure to use, responsibility and decision-making.

I continue to take on Flutter development and architecture engagements. My AI governance work draws on this engineering practice, complemented by the A4Q AI Compliance — EU AI Act readiness certification, obtained in May 2026.
