The form collects your name, email address and the context you choose to share. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare and follow up on an engagement. Please limit your message to what is useful for an initial discussion.
Processing an engagement enquiry supports pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Other correspondence and protection against abuse rely on Flutteris’ legitimate interest in operating its business and keeping the site secure.
Information is transmitted to the service Flutteris uses to manage enquiries. Hosting, email and technical protection can involve service providers. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions; this service processes technical connection and browser information. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle and follow up on the enquiry. Where a contractual relationship follows, record-keeping duties and management of that relationship can justify longer retention.
Analytics and preferences
Google Analytics loads only if you accept it. It measures visits and pages viewed. Declining does not restrict access to content or the contact form. Your preference is stored in your browser’s local storage for 180 days.
The “Privacy choices” button at the bottom of every page lets you change your choice. Declining disables measurement of subsequent visits and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site. Global browser opt-out signals are respected when detected.
